Pizza dough are easily available in market in different sizes. But you can very easily make them on your own of the exact size your require.

- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Pour in some warm water of about 85 to 115°F. It should feel very warm, but comfortable.
- Add honey and salt and mix.
- Add the yeast and mix.
- Add 1 cup of flour, mix.
- Add olive oil and mix until it is blended.
- Add the rest of the flour and additions(if any) and mix.If the dough does not ball up because it's too dry, add a little water and mix until it does. If your mixture is more like a batter, add little flour.
- Once the dough is balled up, place the ball on a floured board and knead for about a minute. This makes the gluten so that the dough rises and becomes fluffy when cooked.
- Now place the dough in a plastic bag or a covered bowl and store in a warm and dry area to rise.
After about 45 minutes the dough should have about doubled in size.
- Give it a good smack so that it deflates. Let it rise for another hour or so. This dough is now ready.
You're now ready to Roll out the dough.
