Carbonara Recipe : Pasta alla Carbonara

Carbonara Recipe
Carbonara ( Pasta alla Carbonara) is a very delicious yum Italian pasta(spaghetti) dish for dinner solely based on eggs, bacon, cheese and black pepper. This dish is popularly known as "Coal Miner's Spaghetti" , but it does taste way better than it's nickname sounds.
This is a very basic recipe for Pasta alla Carbonara.

  • 1 clove of Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp of fresh Parsley, chopped

  • You may add white wine at this stage to give more taste.
  • Add cooked bacon and spaghetti into the skillet and fry, toss it occasionally so that all part of the dish cooks evenly and spaghetti doesn't stick to the pan( you may add a little olive oil if it sticks).
  • Add beaten eggs into it cook while continuing to toss the dish with tongs, cook until eggs are set within the dish.
  • Now, Add 1/2 cup of cheese in it and let it melt.
  • Add only a pinch of salt(since bacon serves the salty taste already) and a dash of pepper.
  • Sprinkle the final dish with chopped parsley and grated cheese on the top.
