Cheese Omelet Recipe is a great breakfast recipe when you are in real hurry, and you still hunger for a nice, yummy breakfast to start your day. Cheese Omelet Recipe is a real quick recipe and very easy too as it takes only about 5 minutes to cook. Omelet in your breakfast may be quiet monotonous every morning, so flavor it up by adding the cheese. The difference it makes is remarkably delightful.

Here is my Cheese Omelet Recipe:

Ingredients:
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 slices American Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Procedure:
  • Put oil in a 9-inch non stick skillet over high heat, and heat until small ripples appear on the surface of the oil indicating the oil is hot.
  • Whisk the eggs in your blender for 1 minutes.
  • Move the skillet in circular motion so that oil spreads all over the pan and then add the eggs in it.
  • Continue to move the skillet in a circular motion so that the outside of the eggs can cook and fluff.
  • When the outsides seem cooked flip the omelet carefully, and cook for 30 seconds. Slowly move the pan circularly in this time, flip the omelets again cook for 30 seconds and remove the heat.
  • Add two slices of American cheese cut in diamond shapes one over another at the center of the omelet.
  • Fold the omelet into half such that it covers the cheese and your Cheese Omelet should be served at once.
