Yorkshire Pudding is a dish originated in Yorkshire, England and usually served with roasted meat and gravy. It actually goes well with a variety of dinner meals. This recipe I am sharing is an very simple, quick and easy Yorkshire Pudding Recipe.
- 1 cup plain Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Beat eggs with milk in a bowl stir flour in it. Let this batter set aside.
- Divide the butter evenly in 12 cups of muffin tray, and put the tray in oven for 2-5 minutes to let butter melt.
- Pour the batter into the cups.
- Bake these in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, reduce the heat to 350 degrees F and bake for 25 more minutes until golden and puffed.
