Bean Burritos : Vegetarian BurritosBean Burritos is a perfect Vegetarian dish. This vegetarian burrito recipe is quiet economical, and a very easy way of making a quick dinner. If made with all the ingredients in proper amount, this can be one of the best dinner recipe too. All the ingredients are very easy to collect and the dish is very easy to make. So lets start making these delicious bean burritos.




Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of re-fried beans
  • 1 lb cheese (cheddar cheese preferred) grated.
  • 1 pkg. (12) flour tortillas
  • 4 fresh tomatoes diced.
  • 2 bunches of green onions chopped.
  • 1 can black olives (optional)
  • 1  jar salsa(optional)
  • 1 small container sour cream
Procedure:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Warm beans in a separate container.
  • Put the beans on tortilla at the (start from diameter so that it is easy to roll later)
  • Add grated cheese, onions and tomatoes in it.( add black olives too if you are using them)
  • Roll tortilla lengthwise to shape like burritos and put on a pan.
  • Sprinkle more grated cheese on top with salsa. 
  • Bake them at 375 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes. 
  • Serve by adding more salsa and sour cream on the top.
