How to make Hash Browns? Actually , making hash browns is a very easy thing to cook, but it is yet a wonderful breakfast. You can make these Crispy Hash Browns by following this simple recipe:


Ingredients
  • 2 Potatoes medium sized (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 of an onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 egg
  • Oil for frying, about 1 cup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
  • Rinse the shredded potatoes many times until you get clear water.
  • Drain the potatoes and squeeze them to dry. 
  • Place these shredded potatoes in a bowl.
  • Mix onion, flour and egg in the bowl well.
  • Pour about 1/4 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.Heat the Oil to sizzling hot.
  • Make the potato mixture into patties like shape(or any flat shape you desire) and carefully put into the hot oil.
  • Cook them until nicely browned on the bottom, then flip over to brown the other side. Requires about 5 minutes in each side.
  • Remove the hash browns from the pan, drain the oil in a paper towel.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Your hash brown in ready to be served hot. This is a perfect breakfast recipe.  Have a nice day!
