Grill Salmon Recipe is a very simple and easy sea food recipe . It is just a good mix of Brown Sugar and Soy sauce on the salty sweet Salmon. So this is how you make this quick and easy salmon recipe.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • Lemon pepper(to taste)
  • Garlic powder (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
Procedure:
  • Season the salmon fillets with garlic powder, lemon pepper and salt.
  • Stir soy sauce, brown sugar, vegetable oil and water together in a small bowl until sugar is dissolved.
  • Place the seasoned salmon in a plastic bag(resealable) with the soy sauce mixture, seal and then refrigerate it at least for two hours.
  • Heat the grill at medium heat. Preheat the grill before adding salmon.
  • Oil the grill grate lightly and place the salmon on the grill. 
  • Cook the salmon for about 6-8 minutes at each side (until the fish flakes easily with a fork).
Your Grilled Salmon in now cooked and ready to be served.You may also add a little lemon juice over the salmon while serving to add the flavor.
