- 1 cup Plain Flour
- 2 lbs Cod fillets
- 3/4 cup Beer (your favorite brand)
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Dried Dill Weed
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 quarts Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- Mix flour, baking powder, dried dill and salt in a large bowl.
- Mix beer,egg and milk well in the bowl.
- Put the Cod fillets in this batter mixture, coat every pieces well, and let it stay for 15 minutes.
- Heat the deep fryer to 375 degrees F.
- Put the fish in heated oil, and fry them until they are golden brown.(Cook fishes in batches to maintain Oil temperature)
- Your Beer battered fish is ready to be served.
