Chocolate Souffle Recipe I am going to share today is a easy recipe to make a delightful dessert. Fill these souffle with some really yum taste of dark chocolate, to prepare these wonderful delight, really yummy dessert, a great sweet treat.


So, below is a simple Chocolate Souffle Recipe:

Ingredients:
  • 100g Dark Chocolate (good quality for a better souffle)
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 50g Golden Caster Sugar
  • Butter
Procedure:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Rub the inside of 4 ramekins for your souffle with butter.
  • Put your chocolate in a bowl over a pot of heating water to melt your chocolate, stir to help chocolate melt easily.[ Use heat proof bowl ]
  • Whisk the egg whites in a bowl well.
  • Whisk the egg yolks and sugar together in a separate bowl.
  • Take your melted chocolate off the heat and mix it slowly into your egg yolk mix
  • Stir in your egg white in the chocolate mix spoon be spoon mixing slowly.[Do not stir too fast or it will beat the air out]
  • Pour the final mixture into your ramekins carefully, smooth the edges with your thumb.
  • Put them into your preheated oven for about 20 minutes.[Don't open the oven while cooking or the souflle may collapse]
Take your Delicious Chocolate Souffles out of the oven, and these yummy desserts are ready to be served. If you wish, you may also pour some Chocolate Ganache over your souffle that will make your souffle more chocolaty and elegant looking.
