How to Smoke a Salmon ?

Basic Smoked Salmon
Salmon is a great and very delicious Sea food that goes very well in different kinds of meals. And when these Salmon are smoked it adds a very new and exotic flavor to the salmon, which can be used in again a lot of recipes. There are a lots of Smoked Salmon Recipe, however this recipe of Smoked salmon helps you to prepare the most basic way to Smoke a salmon to use in other Recipe.
Here is my Easy Smoked Salmon Recipe.

Ingredients
  • 1 (2 pound) salmon fillet ( Or as per your need, this recipe is made of 2 pounds salmon)
  • 1 tbsp liquid smoke flavoring
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Procedure:
  • Put the salmon skin side down in a baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle with brown sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle them with liquid smoke flavoring ,cover and refrigerate for 4-8 hours.
  • Drain the liquid away and bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 35-45 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Let it cool down, cover it and refrigerate for 8 hours or Overnight.
This is a very easy way to cook salmon. This can be used to make any Restaurant quality Smoked Salmon, or used in Smoked salmon pasta recipe and other lots of different sea food recipe!
