Tomato Basil Soup Recipe is a 20 minutes, easy soup recipe. If you succeed to maintain the proper thickness and balance of  a little flavors you require, then you will produce a very delicious soup. This is a healthy soup, you can serve at your dinner and better for your stomach too.

Here is the Tomato Basil Soup Recipe:

Ingredients
  • 2 cans crushed Tomatoes
  • 18 Basil leaves, fresh and minced
  • 1 can Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Whipping cream
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter
Procedure:
  • Boil the tomatoes and broth in a large saucepan.
  • Reduce heat to medium as it boils then cover the saucepan. Let is simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add basil and sugar to the soup.
  • Reduce heat to low then add cream and butter with continuous stirring.
  • Cook until the butter melts.
