Pancakes are yum dish to have.You want to make a brightening breakfast, pancakes of course, but you have no idea how to cook them then don't worry because this recipe for homemade pancakes I have shared is a very easy and yummy pancake recipe. All you need to do is follow this very simple recipe.

- 1 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 3 tbsp melted Butter
- Salt to taste
- Honey (optional)
Procedure:
- Preheat the oven to 275 degree C.
- Stir flour, baking powder,baking soda sugar and salt in a large bowl.
- Mix in the buttermilk and egg and whisk it until it is well combined.
- Stir the melted butter in it.
- Heat skillet(non-stick) or griddle at medium heat.
- Pour the prepared batter into the heated skillet, take measure of 1/4 cups.
- Cook until each side is golden brown. (Flip the pancake carefully)
- Take them out of the skillet and keep in the oven to warm
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Pour honey from the top to required sweetness if you require more sweetness.
