Easy homemade pancakes recipe
Pancakes are yum dish to have.You want to make a brightening breakfast, pancakes of course,  but you have no idea how to cook them then don't worry because this recipe for homemade pancakes I have shared is a very easy and yummy pancake recipe. All you need to do is follow this very simple recipe.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 3 tbsp melted Butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Honey (optional)
Procedure:
  • Preheat the oven to 275 degree C.
  • Stir flour, baking powder,baking soda sugar and salt in a large bowl. 
  • Mix in the buttermilk and egg and whisk it until it is well combined.
  • Stir the melted butter in it.
  • Heat skillet(non-stick) or griddle at medium heat. 
  • Pour the prepared batter into the heated skillet, take measure of 1/4 cups.
  • Cook until each side is golden brown. (Flip the pancake carefully)
  • Take them out of the skillet and keep in the oven to warm
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Pour honey from the top to required sweetness if you require more sweetness.
So your easy homemade pancakes are ready to served. Have fun!
