Chicken Risotto is a very simple dish. You can serve Chicken Dish as a main dish, and is a easy to cook Risotto Recipe. This Risotto Recipe has a perfect blend of garlic and basil flavor.

Below is the Easy Chicken Risotto Recipe.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups white rice (raw)
  • 2 cups of Chicken broth
  • 1 cup fresh sliced Mushrooms
  • 4 Chicken thighs
  • 1 can Condensed cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 3 tbsp fresh Basil (chopped)
  • 1 tsp dried Oregano
  • 3 cloves minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp Green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp dried minced Onion
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp dry bread crumbs
Procedure:
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
  • Combine rice, chicken broth, mushroom soup, mushrooms, basil, green bell pepper, garlic,onion, oregano, ground black pepper and finally 1/4 cup cheese in a large bowl. 
  • Stir the mixture well.
  • Now, pour this mixture into a baking dish. 
  • Place the chicken thighs on top of the mixture and cover with a foil. 
  • Combine bread crumbs and 2tbsp Parmesan cheese in another bowl and set aside.
  • Bake at 325 degrees F  for 1 hour. 
  • Remove the baked dish from oven, take out the foil and sprinkle the dish with the bread crumb mixture that was set aside.
  • Bake the whole dish again for another 20 minutes (until it turn Reddish brown)
