Mushroom Bread Recipe

Mushroom Bread is a very simple and easy Mushroom Appetizer to cook. You can make this quick dish in less than 30 minutes. If you like Mushroom you must give it a try. So try making these yummy mushroom bread.
Mushroom Bread


Ingredients:
  • Italian bread 1 loaf
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cups of mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 6 chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
Procedure:
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degree C (400 degree F).
  • Slice bread horizontally in half. 
  • Form a hollow shell inside by carefully pulling out sift bread using your fingers.
  • Pulled-out bread will be used later so don't throw them.
  • Mix  mushrooms, butter, cheese, garlic and green onions together. 
  • Spread the mixture on both cut sides of bread. 
  • Place the bread on baking sheet with the cut sides up.
  • Bake in the oven until the cheese melts(10 to 15 minutes). 
  • Serve by cutting in the wedges.
