Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 milk
- Pepper to taste
- Cook sausage in skillet until light brown over a medium heat.
- Drain the Sausage.
- Sprinkle flour over sausage and properly stir.
- Now Cook flour and sausage mixture for about 5 - 7 minutes.
- Add milk to the mixture.
- Cook it over medium heat until the mixture gets thickened to a preferred point.
- Add a little pepper over the top
Now your delicious sausage gravy is ready to be served and enjoyed. You can also serve this gravy with some refrigerated Butter Milk Biscuits.
