Basic Burger Recipe

Now lets start making one very simple and easiest burger recipe. No burger recipe can be any simpler than this... but yet it prepares a delightfully yummy Burger.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 lb Meat (Pork, Chicken, Buff)
  • Egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 slices of American Cheese
  • 2 Burger buns
  • 1 1/2 tbs of bread crumbs dry
  • Fresh Cabbage Leafs.(2 or 3 pcs)
  • Onions (Cut in round pieces)
  • Tomatoes (Cut in round pieces)
Procedure:
  • Whisk together Egg, salt and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Add fine bread crumbs to the meat.
  • Now Mix the whisked egg to the beef and shape it to your Burger buns.
  • Now Grill the prepared beef for about 5-7 minutes. Or you can shallow fry the beef for 5-7 minutes too.
  • Add a slice of cheese over the hot beef as soon as you take it out from the grill so that the Cheese can melt.
  • Now put a layer if Cabbage leaf, Onion rings, and tomatoes over the base bun and add a cheese slice over it. Then put the beef over that layer and cover it with another Cabbage leaf.
  • Finally Place next bun on the top... and your Burger is ready to eat!! Serve with French Fries!
So, finally you can make a very simple burger yourself in home.. even if you are not too fond of cooking. You can modify this recipe to make your own recipes of Burgers. Enjoy! :)
