Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes
Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes are great dessert to be served after your main dish, or enjoyed in your breakfast. When some wonderful tasting Cupcakes are decorated with the elegance of smooth Chocolate Ganache , it brings a mix for the Cupcake. Here is one simple recipe to make the Cupcakes and then frosted with Chocolate Ganache.

For Cupcakes:
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour (plain flour)
  • 1/4 pound unsalted Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 16 fluid ounces Chocolate syrup
  • 1 tbsp pure Vanilla extract
For Ganache:
  • Prepare Chocolate Ganache (Follow this link for the Recipe)
  • Preheat the Oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Line muffin pans with 12 paper liners.
  • Cream butter and sugar in an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment
  • Cream until light and fluffy. 
  • Add the eggs, one at a time and mix in vanilla and chocolate syrup.
  • Add the flour and mix only until just combined.
  • Don't overbeat (the cupcakes will be tough)
  • Dip the top of the Cupcake in the chocolate ganache prepared.
  • Do not refirgerate.
