- Italian bread 1 loaf
 - 1 pound fresh mushrooms sliced
 - 2 cups of mozzarella cheese shredded
 - 6 chopped green onions
 - 1/2 cup softened butter
 - 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
 
Procedure:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degree C (400 degree F).
 - Slice bread horizontally in half.
 - Form a hollow shell inside by carefully pulling out sift bread using your fingers.
 - Pulled-out bread will be used later so don't throw them.
 - Mix mushrooms, butter, cheese, garlic and green onions together.
 - Spread the mixture on both cut sides of bread.
 - Place the bread on baking sheet with the cut sides up.
 - Bake in the oven until the cheese melts(10 to 15 minutes).
 - Serve by cutting in the wedges.
