| Scallops with Pasta | 
Here is how we can make an Easy Scallop Pasta.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs scallops (washed well)
 - 1 lb Vermicelli Pasta
 - 3/4 cup Butter
 - 3 tbsp Flour
 - 3 Shallots (finely chopped)
 - 2 tbsp Parsley leaves (minced)
 - 2 cloves of Garlic (minced)
 - 2 tbsp Cream
 - 2 cups dry White Wine
 
Procedure:
- Boil and Drain pasta.. and keep aside in a container.
 - Simmer scallops in White Wine until it just gets tender.
 - Drain the scallops, Don't throw away the Liquid, reserve it.
 - Melt butter in large pan
 - Saute Garlic, Shallots and Parsley in the butter until they turn light brown.
 - Now, add Flour in it and stir until blended.
 - Add Cream and the reserved liquid in it to make it a Sauce.
 - Now, add the Drained scallops to the Sauce.
 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Put Pasta on a plate and pour the Scallop Sauce over it.
 
Your Scallop Pasta is ready to be served.
