Everybody loves Pastaand when these Pasta are mixed with flavor of sea food no wonder it will create a great Delicacy. In this Recipe, we combine Scallops and Pasta to make a very delicious Seafood Pasta: Scallops Pasta. This is a quick and easy recipe.
Here is how we can make an Easy Scallop Pasta.

  • 1 1/2 lbs scallops (washed well)
  • 1 lb Vermicelli Pasta 
  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 3 Shallots (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Parsley leaves (minced)
  • 2 cloves of Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 2 cups dry White Wine
  • Boil and Drain pasta.. and keep aside in a container.
  • Simmer scallops in White Wine until it just gets tender. 
  • Drain the scallops, Don't throw away the Liquid, reserve it.
  • Melt butter in large pan
  • Saute Garlic, Shallots and Parsley in the butter until they turn light brown.
  • Now, add Flour in it and stir until blended. 
  • Add Cream and the reserved liquid in it to make it a Sauce. 
  • Now, add the Drained scallops to the Sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
  • Put Pasta on a plate and pour the Scallop Sauce over it.
Your Scallop Pasta is ready to be served.
