Mango Salsa Recipe







Mango Salsa is a very simple to make and fun to eat kind of dish. This fantastic Mexican delight is especially great to have with your BBQ or grilled dishes. You just need to collect the ingredients below to make these tasty Mango Salsa, and mix them to get the fun.

Ingredients:
  • 2 Mangoes, diced in small blocks 
  • 1 small Cucumber, diced in small blocks 
  • 1/4 fresh green Bell Pepper, diced 
  • 1/4 fresh red Bell Pepper, diced 
  • 1/2 Jalapeño Pepper, seeded and minced (optional) 
  • 1/4 cup pineapple, (crushed and drained) 
  • 1 clove Garlic, crushed 
  • 2 green Onions including stems, finely chopped 
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil 
  • 1 tbsp chopped Cilantro leaves 
  • 2 tbsp lime juice 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Pepper to taste 

Procedure:
  • Procedure is actually quite easy, Once you've collected all the ingredients, just mix them well in a large bowl. 
  • Refrigerate it for at least an hour 

Your delicious mango salsa is now ready to be enjoyed. Mango salsa make a great combination with Grilled Salmon.
